Section 05 now names the Standard tier as the tier the 24-hour SLA covers, and states that the Realtime tier is best effort, with no delivery window and no SLA remedy. The remedy is unchanged.

Our commitments
- Customer batch payloads are encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on encrypted object storage (Cloudflare R2), reachable only via short-lived signed URLs; provider credentials and webhook secrets are additionally encrypted at the application layer.
- The sub-processor list above is the announcement channel: we publish a change here when it ships, and we run no advance-notice mailing list today. Watch this page, or email hello@batchrouter.com to be told about a change by email.
- We publish no standard DPA template and no security questionnaire pack today. Send your own document to hello@batchrouter.com. We read every request and reply, but we do not promise a turnaround yet.

We publish no MSA, DPA, or security questionnaire today, and no plan tier includes one. Send us your own document and we will review it, then tell you what we can sign.
