Our commitments

  • Customer batch payloads are encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on encrypted object storage (Cloudflare R2), reachable only via short-lived signed URLs; provider credentials and webhook secrets are additionally encrypted at the application layer.
  • Sub-processor changes are announced 30 days before they take effect.
  • DPAs and security questionnaires are returned within 5 business days.
