Batchrouter routes asynchronous AI batch jobs from customers to qualified providers, estimates costs before dispatch, and settles credits on completion.

You're responsible for safeguarding API keys and session tokens. You must be 18+ and authorized to bind any organization you act on behalf of.

No CSAM, no targeted harassment, no automated abuse of providers, no circumvention of provider rate limits. We may suspend workloads that violate these rules.

Customer charges are based on actual token usage after completion. Estimates reserve credits before dispatch; unused reserved credits are released on settlement. Cost estimates, savings figures, and discount percentages shown before dispatch are illustrative and non-binding — the final charge is the actual token usage at completion and may be higher or lower than the estimate. “Cheapest eligible lane” and savings references compare against the relevant provider's published list batch rate among the providers eligible at dispatch, and are not guaranteed.

Batchrouter targets a 24-hour delivery window for each accepted batch. If an accepted batch misses its 24-hour SLA, your sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of the Batchrouter service fee for that batch (not provider or token-usage charges, and not a credit), issued automatically per the Refunds policy. The window excludes time attributable to provider or upstream outages, provider rate-limit exhaustion, scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and invalid, malformed, or oversized input. Batchrouter is alpha-stage; the SLA is a delivery target, not a warranty of result or of uninterrupted service.

Batchrouter is provided as-is. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We'll notify active customers by email at least 30 days before any material change to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Batchrouter AB submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform.

Third-party provider, product, and model names and logos (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, xAI/Grok, Together AI, Groq, Cohere, Perplexity, OpenRouter, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification only. Batchrouter AB is an independent intermediary and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
